A breath of calmness in your busy life. A daily ritual, an act of self care. What it is: The Leanora & Co Gemstone eye mask, facial rollers and Gua Shas are Chinese skincare tools that have been used for thousands of years. Perfected throughout the centuries, this facial massager was built to have a cooling, soothing effect on the skin. Various hot & cold stone therapies have been used in therapeutic work for thousands of years. *These statements have not been evaluated by Health Canada. Eyemask

Chill the mask in the fridge for at least 15 minutes. Then place the chilled mask on your eyes for 10 to 15 minutes to depuff, awaken, and soothe the eye area.

Roller

1. Apply your Cactus & Tamarind Serum, Ginger & Ginseng Facial Oil on freshly cleansed skin.

2. Begin rolling gently at the neck area.

3. Move up towards the jawline and cheeks, and roll in outwards motions towards your hairline.

4. Use the smaller stone to roll very gently around your eye area.

5. Repeat on other side of the face.

Perform outward and upward strokes with your roller for 5-10 minutes daily.

Gua Sha

Use over clean skin daily for 3–5 minutes.

Repeat each exercise at least five times per workout and do each side of the face separately for maximum benefits.

1. Jawline and chin: Glide the tool upward, from the centre of your chin out to the earlobe to contour the jaw.

2. Forehead: Start at the centre of your forehead, dividing it into three sections, and glide the tool outward. Scrape once then move down a bit and scrape again.

3. Cheek: Start at the nose and work upward in a swooping motion along the cheeks and cheekbones, moving outward toward your ears. Scrape once then move down a bit and scrape again. Move down a bit more to the centre of the chin and scrape again.

4. Under Eye: Start in the inner corner of the eye and glide outward toward the temple to send your eye bags packing. Be super careful in this area.

5. Brows: Glide upward along the brow bone, going from the inside out.

6. Lips: Glide over your lips back and forth 5–7 times for a plumped pout.

7. Neck: Section your neck into four areas and scrape each section from the bottom up, moving for five strokes per section.

Note: Your Leanora & Co Gua Sha should be used with light pressure on the face.

How often should you use a facial roller?

We recommend facial rolling twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening after washing your face.

However, you can use your Leanora & Co facial roller as many times as you want, whenever your face needs a moment of soothing calmness.

Facial rollers can be used in harmony with our Ginger & Ginseng Facial Oils and our Cactus & Tamarindus Serum for added penetration and absorption into the skin.
