We strive to serve customers worldwide; however, currently, we can only accept online orders to shipping addresses within Canada, the United States and the UK.

Yes, Leanora and Co. is cruelty free, our products are not tested on animals. <br><br>No animals were harmed in the processes of manufacturing our products.

Our products are vegan, besides our Grapefruit & Aloe Cleanser, which uses sustainable and ethically-sourced, Silk Proteins and Hydroxypropyltrimonium Honey.

We work closely alongside a Cosmetic Chemist, Dermatologist, and Organic & Natural formulator to create uncompromising, multi-functional formulations that are rigorously tested for efficacy, safety and stability. All this for your comfort and results!

All of our products are gender-neutral and formulated to be gentle enough for sensitive and problematic skin types.

We recommend allowing 2 weeks for your skin to adapt to a new product. As all skin is unique and can interact differently with botanical ingredients, we recommend performing a patch test prior to use.

If you have any specific concerns or illnesses, please consult your physician or dermatologist before using them

Our blend of plant-based oils stops your body from producing excess oil and trains your skin to find the balance that it needs. 

All of our products are non-comedogenic. Our products have been specifically formulated not to clog pores and to prevent breakouts.

However, the oils can trap sweat and dirt on the skin, which is why we recommend cleansing the skin twice a day with our Grapefruit & Aloe Cleanser with Salicylic Acid.

Always store your products in a dark, dry place away from direct heat (under 30ºC), and remember to close bottles tightly after each use to prevent oxidation and degradation due to oxygenation.  

We use unrefined, minimally processed botanical ingredients to retain their effective properties as much as possible.

These ingredients are not mass-produced or standardized. Therefore, variations in colour and scent can occur between batches and seasons.

This is entirely normal, and we take care to make our products in small batches to ensure quality remains consistent.

Each product’s expiry date is listed on its tube or box. We recommend using within 6-12 months (depending on the product) to ensure maximum efficacy.

Pre-Order Policy

We offer backorders on items which are currently out of stock. Both backorders and pre-orders require payment to be made at checkout.

Please kindly note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.

Although we will try our best to give an exact estimate on the product page, ship dates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur. We will ship your order as soon as the pre-ordered item becomes available.

To reduce excess shipping waste, if you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped together once ALL items are available.
